Feature request: Native review requests with product-linked smart links

We can already use a FluentCart purchase trigger in FluentCRM to send a review request, collect responses through Fluent Forms, and even display them using WP Social Ninja. However, a native FluentCart solution would remove unnecessary complexity for stores that don’t need a separate reviews plugin.

The key feature wouldn’t be the email automation itself, but a smart review link automatically tied to the purchased product or service, the order, and the customer.

For example, a FluentCRM automation could send that link 15 or 30 days after purchase. Clicking it would open a simple form showing the purchased product on one side, with a 1–5-star rating and a short comment box on the other.

No manually selecting products, entering order details, or figuring out which purchase the request refers toβ€”especially useful for stores with large catalogs and repeat customers.

Just click, rate, and submit, with everything automatically linked to the right purchase.

Of course, I could develop this myself, just as other developers could πŸ˜…. But I genuinely think it would be a fantastic addition to FluentCart’s core, rather than something each store has to build separately or piece together with additional plugins.

These small things are what make the difference. Is one of those features for which our users may ask you: hey what’s up? Where are you using for this workflow!

I’ve attached a mockup to illustrate the idea. πŸ™‚

F. C.

Native reviews are important and I hope eventually they'll add it. I'd style if differently and allow the user to set an alias name for reviews if they want, and display a "Verified buyer" badge with their review. Anonymous reviews from users who are not logged in should also be an option.

Review with the automation (and ability to change the wording) would be awesome. For people in the service industry, it would be how was your experience.
