Feature Request: Advanced Country Restrictions for Legal Compliance (Sanctioned Countries)

As a business operating from the European Union, we are legally required to comply with international trade sanctions and embargoes.
I would like to suggest a "Country Blacklist/Restriction" feature
Global Exclusion List: A setting to select countries where the store is completely "dark" (No registration, no billing, no shipping).
Checkout Validation: A hard validation at checkout that prevents any transaction if the Billing Country is on the restricted list.
Custom Message: Ability to display a custom message to users from these countries (e.g., "Due to international trade regulations, we cannot process orders from your location.").
Pre-defined Presets: (Optional but helpful) A toggle for "High-Risk/Sanctioned Countries" based on current EU/OFAC lists (e.g., Russia, Iran, North Korea).
For EU-based companies, selling to sanctioned regions can result in massive fines and the closure of merchant bank accounts. Having this integrated into the FluentCart flow ensures automated compliance and peace of mind.
