EU One-click-withdrawal plugin

As of 19th July this year, they are mandatory to implement a 'One-Click-Withdrawal' procedure.
Our plugin handles the full procedure, from request to acceptance/denial, keeps the action history and is able to conditionally display the button on orders.

FluentCart version is currently being in development phase

I guess my question is why do we need yet another plugin... ?

Pierre indeed, it gets complicater by the day. Allmost impossible to keep 100% compliant with all the different regulations... we are doing our best 🙂

Pierre  A form is sufficient. It’s not meant to be an "auto refund feature", this is what I found out through a lawyer service.

The purpose is to make it for the buyer easy to access from every page, so linking it through the footer is a simple solution with a dedicated landingpage with the form. An autoresponder could briefly say, "Thanks, we received your refund request and will verify it ASAP."

Something like this is enough and doesn’t need to be complicated. Then you can review and handle the refund if it’s valid.

A plugin with enhanced features could be nice, but based on my research, a workflow as mentioned is sufficient.

Natascha Vantuykom I and my collegue informed ourselfs and have visited a webinar on this topic via my agency lawyer service. Still make your own research.

David Ricardo Perez Morales we did do our research, we are not putting time and effort in things that are not important. In Belgium FOD Finance is very strict to the letter of the directive, I don't know where you live and how law enforcement works where you are. Personally I don't take any risk for my clients. I've had inspections before and it is really not funny.

So for now , agree to disagree 🙂
