Day 4 of birthday week: enhanced reports for you 📊

Today’s release is about reports, and it’s one I care about a lot.

Reports are how you know what’s working. Which product sells, which price works, and whether people come back and renew. Before FluentCart, I pulled all of this into Google Sheets. A lot of store owners still pay for a separate tool like Metorik just to understand their own sales.

In FluentCart 2.1, we went through every report and made sure the numbers match your actual orders.

  • Compare report (Pro): pick two or more products and see them side by side on one chart.
  • Products report: now shows customers, discounts, top-selling variants, and units sold by period, with CSV export.
  • Subscription reports: only count subscriptions that actually started. Retention and cohort numbers are fixed, and Future Renewals shows renewals by variant.
  • Overview, Orders, Refunds and the digest email: now count order types they missed before.

If you’d rather just ask, connect your store to an AI assistant through our MCP. Ask something like “which product made the most profit last month?” and it answers from your own store data.

We also added new checkout field label styles (Docked, Floating, and Placeholder only) and fixed about 30 report bugs.

Tomorrow is the last day of the week.

One small ask. If FluentCart has been good to your store this year, a quick review on WordPress.org would mean a lot. 🙏

I love release weeks!

Improved reports sound great! Please could you add an option to exclude free products from reports? We have more than a hundred products, but most of them are free products (either lead magnets or downloads for members only, restricted to a specific group). We only have three premium memberships for access to our courses (maybe 5-6 in the near future, plus a few premium downloads), so if we can't exclude free products (or focus one free products only when needed) there is a lot of noise in the reports, and much of the info is not usable. This applies for Fluent Affiliates too, not being able to separate free downloads from actual sales is a real limitation. Thanks for considering that use, I'm sure we're not alone!

Nice, who doesn't love some really good stats dashboards to look at. Shahjahan Jewel what do you think about letting us place some additional stats on the main FluentCart dashboard for quick at-a-glance store performance overview, which each store/user could tailor to what they want to see?
