Coupons use based on email address

One of the major automations I have with my current Woocommerce set up is where certain users can access purchasing my product for a discount using a coupon but it is based on their email address.

So essentially, if they are on my list (via email address) they can use a single coupon I have assigned. Will that be a function of FluentCart coupons?

If they try to enter the coupon/checkout but their email address is not associated with that coupon, it won't work.
