Coupons not available for Visitors
Hi there, sorry something has been frustrating me for a while now ever since we switched over to FluentCart. A user has be logged in to use a coupon. What is the reason for this? None of the other shopping carts do this.
I don't want to use a sale option. Why? This does not reflect the actual price in the cart or at least the discount received at checkout.
This happens when a Per User Limit is configured for the coupon. FluentCart requires customers to log in so it can identify them and accurately track their individual usage.
To allow visitors to apply the coupon without logging in, edit the coupon and leave Per User Limit empty or set it to 0. You can still use the Total Limit to control the coupon’s overall number of uses.
