Checkout slides to left at 1321 px in Bricks Builder?

I am using bricks builder and have set the cart checkout in a section -> container -> block inside bricks.  Everything looks OK, until you go past 1320 pixels.  It looks good at 1320 and then go to 1321 and everything slides to the left outside of the section container, until a higher resolution, then it comes back, but is still off to the left.  Here is a quick screen recording:  https://share.zight.com/jkuk5NPA

I don't know if this is bricks or something in fluentcart conflicting with bricks.

Question 2:  Where is the template menu in the settings to adjust colours to match the site. I saw it on one of the documentation pages, but it isn't in my setup.
