Checkbox terms & conditions on checkout

In Belgium for webshops it is mandatory to have a link to T&C on checkout with a mandatory checkbox.

Is it possible to add this before launching Fluentcart?

Yes, we will add that in the next beta release.

Shahjahan JewelΒ thanks πŸ™‚ did you check the company and vat fields also that do not display on checkout? You can see company when editing the checkoutpage, but on frontend it is not visible

That’s why I asked here

But I donβ€˜t think they can launch without such things….otherwise probably nobody could use it

Just an addition to the compulsory TyC checkbox in case there is a way to introduce this feature too :)

I don’t think FluentCart was designed with this level of formality in mind, but having such a system would make it truly useful β€” for example, keeping a copy of the accepted terms, or even a hashed version, so users don’t have to rely on external systems or clunky workarounds.

For context on why these kinds of checkboxes need a proper review to be legally usable in disputes, see: https://community.wpmanageninja.com/portal/space/general/post/fluent-forms-t-c-acceptanc

Meanwhile, I can still dream with FluentTerms or Fluent Contracts πŸ™ˆ
