Button Titles
Is there a way to change the Place Order button for specific products? For example I have a membership product that the button should really read "Join Now" or "Subscribe Now"

Our current development list is already quite heavy. We will include it in our roadmap and deliver it as soon as possible.
Good idea. CTA text on the buttons tailored more specifically to the product would be a UX improvement, and perhaps it would even boost conversions a little.
