Admin quick test of shop

Currently for one WooCommerce site I help run I have to take a test product from draft to public. Turn on local pickup. Turn on coupon code where I give myself a discount for purchase. Paying for the product. There are multiple steps I need to take to be able to test PayPal or credit card payment for this specific store. Being able to do a quick test of purchase would be helpful.
