Add link insertion to the terms and conditions input

The input at Checkout Fields -> Agree Terms could be enhanced with an option to insert links to the terms and conditions and any other additional terms a shop wants to insert there.

Perhaps the link insert could have a select input that allows you to search pages on the site, making it easy and quicker to add the correct links.
