Add Cloudflare R2 / S3-Compatible Storage Support

FluentCart's S3 settings only work with AWS S3 — there's no endpoint URL field, so we can't use Cloudflare R2 or other S3-compatible providers. Please add the same fields Fluent Community has (endpoint URL, bucket, public URL). R2 has zero egress fees which is perfect for digital downloads.
