A quick note about FluentCart lifetime plans
We’re closing FluentCart lifetime sales on October 30. After that, FluentCart Pro will be available on yearly plans only.
For me, building a product is a long-term commitment. We don’t want to just launch something and move on. A store platform has to keep improving for the next 5 or 10 years and beyond, and for that, a sustainable recurring revenue model makes sense.
There’s still a lot we want to do with FluentCart. Better support for physical stores, more design flexibility, built-in marketing tools, and many more improvements.
If you already have a lifetime license, nothing changes. Thank you for trusting us early. ❤️ You can upgrade to a higher plan by paying the difference within this deal time.

FluentCart is a great product. I'm working on a plan to sell photography on a site using WhiteWall to print and ship. I can use variations to show samples at different sizes and print materials. When an order arrives, I manually add it to my WhiteWall dashboard and they take care of the rest.
That works for me, since art sales are a bit different from typical print-on-demand. It gives me a chance to review things and communicate with the client about their order.
Best of all, it's not WooCommerce with a zillion plugins or Shopify with a zillion fees. I get a branded shop that covers all the bases I need.

It's good that you brought this to our attention and provided an early warning. However, I believe we may need a little more time to prepare and make the necessary arrangements. Perhaps targeting the end of the year would be more realistic for us. Thank you for the advance notice. 😁
I have a question. I would like to set up a payment system on our FC community to collect donations (we are a non-profit organization). I know Paymattic is designed for this, but I was wondering if I could do the same thing with FluentCart, which costs roughly the same and seems to be updated very frequently. Shahjahan Jewel
Prosper you may use any actually for your use case. FluentCart has much more feature in the ecommerce and order management side.
Shahjahan Jewel Thank you! Can we generate a donation receipt (or certificate) on FluentCart when someone makes a donation? Also, can people donate custom amounts, or do we have to set fixed amounts?
Prosper Custom amount will be available within this quarter. For the receipt you can customize the PDF or the email with your own wording and design as a donation certificate.
Shahjahan Jewel , Prosper : That’s a very good question, and one I’m asking myself as well, same setup, same needs (nothing commercial). The question is whether FluentCart is preferable to Paymattic.

Totally understand the need and want to move to annual licensing.
It would be nice if once a year you open up lifetime licenses to customers that have bought lifetime licenses already. Letting them purchase one they missed out on (for whatever reason). It doesn't have to be public, just emails sent directly to the customers.

Shahjahan Jewel Thanks. I’m scheduling my final emails to my list for Friday, and I want the last one to land a few hours before the deal closes, not after. Which time zone does end of October 30 use? I’m in US Eastern time, so if it’s Bangladesh time, the deal closes at 2:00 PM Eastern on Friday, and I’ll send my last reminder around noon.
Shahjahan Jewel Fluent community came before fluent cart. Why is fluent cart closing its door before fluent community?
FluentCart still isn’t available in German, and the lifetime plan is already being discontinued. It’s a shame that I can’t use it this way.
I wanted to help a family modernize their very old shop, but I’m not sure yet how I’ll handle it now. Translating everything myself would probably take several hours, if not days.
Does anyone happen to have a German translation already?

Shahjahan Jewel Interested in moving from ThriveCart to FluentCart but one big missing for me currently is: ThriveCart has a “JV partner feature” that automatically calculates percentage XYZ due to the JV partner that you created product ABC with.
(I’m not talking about an affiliate program here - that would be completely separate and after the affiliate gets paid, the remainder gets split with the JV partner at agreed percentage XYZ.)
I emailed Support about this today actually and this feature doesn’t exist and neither is it planned.
But this is very powerful, and in my case, very needed and already in use for years for the revenue share part, for people that I create content together with.
Is there hope that this will be put on the road map, Jewel?
If so, I would be happy to buy FC immediately. :-)

This is a great message and the article was even better. I remember when I first encountered you guys years ago. I took a risk. It paid off wonderfully. I will always believe in this team. I've been sitting on my FluentCart license for a year now and this has inspired me to start playing with the MCP and Elemetor to build out something fast.
