Hi Fluent Team,

I’m interested in purchasing Fluent Cart for selling digital services and products, e.g., design/marketing subscriptions and digital design templates. For references, these companies/freelancers are offering service subscriptions: brandripe.com kimp.io designjoy.co

I have a few questions on the following features because they are important for service subscription use case. Please let me know if these features will be on the roadmap?

1. Pause Subscription

  • Can the customers pause their subscriptions themselves on their customer dashboard? This is a common and important feature for design or service-based subscription businesses, and Stripe has this feature.

2. Multi-Currency Switcher

  • I see that you have a multi-currency feature. Can I display different currencies on my website, but checkout is in one currency only (e.g., all convert to USD)?
  • Can I set the conversion rate of each currency display? (I understand the actual conversion rate is still be based on payment gateway)

3. Social Login

  • Social login option for customers to access their customer dashboard (e.g., sign in via Google)?

4. Customer Dashboard – refer to customer-dashboard.jpg

  • Can I add Fluent Boards and Fluent Support to the navigation menu? e.g., via shortcodes.
  • Can I extend the whole dashboard to 100% width via custom CSS? So FluentBoard can display better. (I can extend the width for WooCommerce's My-Account page in Elementor theme). I’ll be using block editor for FluentCart as I heard it works better with blocks.
  • Do I have the option to place a static cart icon in my Header menu? I don’t need a floating cart because I have a live chat widget in that position.

5. Integration to Fluent Boards (related to point 4 above)

  • The workflow is when a customer buy a design subscription, he will find the FluentBoard tab in his dashboard to start posting and tracking requests.

6. Variable Fee

  • For Stripe/PayPal payment option, is it possible to add a variable fee, such as a 4.85% fee, to the total price? Because I want the customers to pay the Stripe/PayPal processing fee if they choose those payment methods. This has a similar logic to your tax settings but simpler.

This one question is for Fluent Boards, I bought the plugin and I want to request a product feature that is very useful for design and marketing agencies:

1. Refer to Annotate.jpg

  • Allow clients to highlight feedback areas with annotation shapes on the image and leave comments. This is very efficient for measuring feedback/revisions between the designer and client.
