On the checkout form the state field doesn't appear to work. In settings, it is active but not set to be required. On the checkout form, I just get an empty select field.
There doesn't seem to be a way to populate the select field in the settings.
Is there a setting I have not seen?
We need to be able to change the button text from βPlace Orderβ to something regulation proof. In Germany, it must be crystal clear to the user that they are entering into a paid contract. The easiest way to do this is to label the button "Buy now for β¬19" or "Subscribe now for β¬27."
In order to comply with the regulation, we must have this feature. Otherwise, we risk expensive penalties.
Is it possible to set such a notification so that a customer is reminded that their subscription will be renewed shortly? It will become a legal requirement in the UK from Spring 2026.
The notification must be sent 3-5 working days before the last day the customer can cancel without being liable for the renewal payment and must include renewal date, amount due, how to cancel, and contact details.
For subscriptions renewing every 6 months or more, additional reminders are required
For free products there is no need for a billing address. We need to make the billing address required for paid products only.
With the latest FluentCart and free products (even with 100% discount) the checkout still is wrong. Also, if a product is free (0.00$/β¬), the must not be a payment method (even not OFFLINE_PAYMENT). And we do not even need a receipt. It is not yet usable for production.
And taxes are still not applied!
Will an option to "pay what you want" be available in FluentCart?
I find that FluentCart is a better experience than Paymattic, frontend and backend. I assume native integration with FluentCRM will come to FluentCart soon, but probably not to Paymattic, since it hasn't happened yet.
With this feature, I would also be able to use FluentCart for my courses rather than WooCommerce.
Being able to pull dynamic data from FluentCart into a FluentCRM email would be amazing, especially for sending end-of-the-year donation statements to donors. There doesn't seem to be a feature to do this within Paymattic.
Currently the 'Continue Shopping' link directs you to the page set as the Shop page in FluentCart's settings. I'm building a custom store setup where I'm not using a regular page as the main Store page. Your page selector currently only allows you to pick regular pages.
Please expand the available options to include archive pages and/or allow custom URL input.
When the cart is empty there's a default message with a "Continue Shopping" link. I think it would be nicer to have that be a button placed beneath the "Your cart is empty." text.
A dedicated page or section in the store's back-end to change certain e-commerce related terms, such as "Cart" for example, would be nice. Some stores prefer to use different terms. To stay with the cart example, you may find stores prefer "Basket". In my own language "Winkelwagen", "Winkelwagentje", "Mand", "Winkelmandje" are used.
There's probably more terms like that which could be globally managed.
We currently have the option to limit the product quantity to 1 per order. It would be very nice to have that be a customizable number. It's a feature I could really use for a project.
