We've been thinking a lot about what happens after someone places an order. The checkout is just the beginning. What follows is a series of emails, reminders, and confirmations that shape how customers feel about your store. This release is focused entirely on making that side of things better.

• Gutenberg Email Editor. You can now edit your transactional emails using the same block editor you already use for pages and posts. Order confirmations, subscription updates, digital product instructions, all of it formatted visually, exactly the way you want.
• Live preview before you send. See exactly how your emails will look before a single one goes out. No more test-and-repeat guessing.
• Scheduled payment reminders. FluentCart now automatically sends reminder emails ahead of upcoming subscription renewals and installment payments. Fewer missed payments, smoother billing cycles.
• EU VAT improvements. Better reverse charge handling and the VAT block is now properly in place during checkout for European customers.

Plus a solid round of fixes covering CRM field sync, discount calculations, customer name updates, timezone handling in emails, subscription reactivation notifications, and modal checkout behavior.

Every update, we're trying to make FluentCart feel more complete. This one moves the needle.

We are currently integrating FluentCart with Mollie and Exact Online for accounting and payment reconciliation.

Previously we used WooCommerce with the Mollie plugin, and that integration worked very well for our accounting workflow.

In WooCommerce the Mollie transaction included the order number directly in the payment description, for example:

Order ABC49061

This allowed our reconciliation tool (xCore) and our accounting system (Exact Online) to automatically match the Mollie payment with the correct invoice.

Now that we are testing FluentCart, we noticed some differences in the Mollie payment data:

• The Mollie payment description does not clearly contain the order number
• The order number only seems to exist inside metadata
• The metadata only contains fields like:

order_hash
transaction_hash

So the actual order reference (for example ABC9061) is not easily visible in the Mollie transaction.

Questions:

1. Is there a way to customize the Mollie payment description in FluentCart?
2. Is it possible to automatically include the order number (e.g. AWM49061) in the Mollie payment description or reference field?
3. Alternatively, can FluentCart create a Mollie Order object (similar to WooCommerce) so the order reference and order lines are included in Mollie?

For accounting and reconciliation purposes it is very important for us that the order number appears in the Mollie transaction, so tools like xCore or Exact can automatically match payments with invoices.

Any guidance on how to achieve this with FluentCart would be greatly appreciated.

Is it currently possible on fluentcart to have products, prices, stock synchronised with an external supplier that have api endpoints for all of this ?

Woocommerce have plugins for this directly.

On fluentcart, do you do this by automations with a scheduled trigger to get informations by api and update your shop with the fluentcart APIs ?

Am just curious, could there be a fluent cart automation that might do....when user added to space....the user is added to a fluent cart subscription for some product is granted them access to some course or courses.......when the subscription period expires.....user removed from both the course and space......

I am looking into migrating subscriptions to Fluentcart. Is it required to create an order when adding a subscription in Fluentcart? An order of €0 is not so nice to show to the client

Is it possible to create a product specfic checkout page?

The instant checkout modal is fantastic and my clients love it so far :) The only improvement I’d suggest is allowing visitors to close it with the “Esc” key or by clicking outside the modal, just as they would expect from a standard popup experience

Is there a way to change the number format for currency. Like in forints we don't have cents so the value is full value not decimal places.
