Why is this so tied up to FluentCRM?
Community management seems to be 90% inside FluentCRM.
Automations are dependant on FluentCRM, payments are dependant on FluentCRM, features considered basic management are dependant on FluentCRM.
A CRM is should not be a requirement for:
β’ managing your community
β’ automating your community
β’ taking payments
My CRM is in my email marketing software (where it should be) and I don't need it or want it in WordPress (or my clients' WordPress).
When are proper webhooks & WooCommerce integration coming?
(or at least the minimal CRM functionality needed as part of the community plugin)
You can use other automation tools for community management if you want. I think it is just common sense that WpManageninja team primarily uses FLuentCRM
