Whats the profile link username we need to use to create links?

we'd like to create a direct link to the current logged in users spaces vs them having to crawl through their profile. What do we replace their username with in this example? I remember it was something like _ user /post
There is already a link to a user's spaces on the member profile menu. It can be enabled if currently disabled. The link it uses is #{{user_url}}/spaces.
This does not work. I remember it was something like _user/spaces__
This will take the user right to their profile - ##user.profile_link##

What I'm trying to accomplish is sending the logged in member directly to a webpart of their profile. For example, how would you guys go about linking a person directly to their account updates?
