Wau situation

Very interesting situation:
I'm on my macbook and working on the community. My partner is on her iphone and adding posts to the community. Suddenly fluent community showed me that I'm logged in on my macbook under my partner's account and that the cookie loading failed and I should refresh the window. Every time I refresh, the table pops up again, so I have no way to log out.
Why did this happen and what should I do about it?
