Verification code not delivered
I sent the default registration link to a new member to test the platform but unfortunately, the verification code did not arrive in the new member's inbox. Please what could be the cause?
Make sure you have SMTP is configured.
Common issue if the host server is doing the sending of the email. Using an SMTP plugin to route the email is always best. Have your member look in their spam folder. Do a test member for yourself to see if it is working.
