Users not added to spaces (FluentCRM Automation)
I´ve setup an automation that adds new users with a specific tag to all Spaces and courses. It seems properly setup (to me at least) course access is granted and working fine, however the user is not added to the private spaces.
Is this a known bug or am i doing it wrong?
P.S.: I added a waitinig position after "Add to all Spaces" of 1 Minute, now it seems to work.
Christian Anderl I had to do something similar, I found it still worked with 0.7 minutes. This extra time reduction does seem to help a little bit, but some users still experience landing in the portal before access is granted.
I’m thinking about how to potentially add an extra step that will entertain them a bit longer for this automation to take place.
It would be nice if I didn’t require such a long weight though.
