Users cannot sign up to my platform
users are not getting the 2FA code in their email. please help resolve this Shahjahan Jewel I am working on a project for a client, please.
Which email sending service are you using? Are you using any smtp plugin? Can you see any logs?

Frederic Ronsyn Shahjahan Jewel Here's how I solved my SMTP setup issue. When configuring SMTP, choose "Other" and manually fill out the form. Make sure to select TLS as the encryption method and use port 587 or anything like that. The key part is the SMTP password. Go to your Google Account and enable 2-Step Verification first. Then, head over to https://myaccount.google.com/apppasswords, create a new app password (I named mine “Fluet SMTP”), and you'll get a 16-character password like: jtte lsla zlsf kagw. Use that app password in your SMTP configuration instead of your regular Gmail password. After that, everything worked perfectly. Hope this helps someone.
