Untranslatable Strings
I'm opening this post so everyone who encountered an untranslatable string could add his findings here and so we could have a unified place for this (Idea for feature - collaborative document in the space!).
(Updating - some were fixed - indicating that with a checkmark ✔️):
⛔ "Search..."
✔️ "Recent Activities"
⛔ All the time strings (%s minutes ago, %s hours ago, etc')
⛔ "First Choice" (In adding a Pool)
✔️ "Write a comment" (In adding a comment; there is a string like that in Loco - but adding a translation doesn't change in the frontend)
⛔ "Link copied to clipboard" (In a popup after copying a link of a post)
⛔ In the emoji popup window - all the strings there
⛔ "Change" (In the profile page cover image)
⛔ "Mentions"& "Following" in the popup panel when you click on the notifications icon.
⛔ "Unread Only" - in the notifications page
⛔ "Commented on your post" in the notifications page.
This didn't work
All these strings are untranslatable:
Email Disabled
Notify only for Admin Posts
Notify for all the new posts
If you could please add different instances for "About".
There is use of about the Space page (to describe the page) and there is "About" on a user's profile page. In certain languages, that are not English, like Hebrew, we would you different variations of "About" in these 2 different contexts.
"Leave Space"
I translated this string (you can see in the screenshot) but the translation is not reflected in the frontend.
Same window - 2 other string translation problems: "Cancel" & "Are you sure you want to leave this community?".
✔️ Cancel - exists in the translation file and it's translated but the translation isn't reflected in the frontend.
⛔ The "Are you sure you want to leave this community?" is not available for translation.
Although I've translated the "Feed" string obviously this isn't reflected in the page name. It says "All Feeds". You should give the option to the admin to choose the name of the main feed page.
