Unable to Post Messages from iPhone
I'm experiencing a critical issue when trying to post messages from my iPhone on my WordPress community powered by Fluent Community plugin.
Steps to Reproduce
- Access the community website on iPhone (Safari browser)
- Navigate to create a new post
- Fill in the post title field
- Attempt to move cursor to the message/content field
Expected Behavior
After entering a title, I should be able to navigate to the content field and write a message, then successfully post it.
Actual Behavior
- Unable to move cursor from title field to message/content field
- When attempting to post, I receive an error message stating "no message content"
- Only the title gets saved, the message field remains empty/inaccessible
Environment Details
- Device: iPhone
- Browser: Safari (iOS) - also tested with Brave Browser and Firefox
Impact
This completely prevents iPhone users from creating posts in the community, significantly limiting mobile engagement.
Attempted Solutions
- Tried switching between portrait and landscape mode (issue persists in both orientations)
- Attempted to scroll down to locate content field
- Tested tapping "Done" on keyboard before navigating to content field
- Tested with multiple browsers (Safari, Brave Browser, and Firefox - same issue occurs across all browsers)
