Unable to change the Slug via WP-Admin

I am not able to change the Slug from the wp-admin area to a custom one (testing purpose - I dont have a name conflict with other Page Name).

Also when changing the Community URL from wp-admin area the Admin should see the current Slug.

BTW: I selected topic: Bug for this post and I dont see any name: Bug anywhere after submittion
