Trying to pass info from a Fluent Form to Fluent Booking

I have a Fluent Form that collects client info. Depending on their state of residence, it opens a specific calendar in Fluent Booking using conditional logic and an embedded Fluent Booking field. I am trying to pass info such as name, email, and phone so it does not need to be entered again. I have tried adding {get.names} etc in the placeholder for the relevant fields in Fluent Booking questions page, but it just displays {get.names} rather than the info.
