Did you store it in the plugin folder? Please use a different path in Loco Translate.

Shahjahan Jewel it also disappeared in my installations. Tried to move the file in loco, didn’t help
Christian Anderl From what I'm seeing, this is related to WordPress 6.7 update. Rolling back to 6.6.2 might help. See this post
