Suggestion: Visual indicator course is completed

There is no visual indication that one has completed the last lesson of a course. It would be very useful to have even a basic visual notice that the course is completed.

The only indication is the "Completed" button (which previously said "Complete Lesson >". If you "Completed" it again just "uncompletes" the lesson. In my opinion, this is not an expected UI behavior.
