Space level admin/mod unable to manage posts
As mentioned in my comment here, when a regular portal member is added as admin or mod in a space, they are not able to manage other members' posts in that space
i.e. edit/delete posts, pin posts, or disable comments.

Raiyan Marzan the issue is still present in version 1.1.16
