Space Groups Appearance is overridden by Space access control
If you have a Space Group, and in Appearance, uncheck "Show spaces even if the user is not a member of any space" (first pasted image) you'd expect that the space group and all of its spaces would be invisible.
However, if you have a Space in that group, and you set Access control to anything other than Secret (i.e. Private) (second pasted image), the Space and the enclosing Space Group will be visible to users who aren't members of the space group. Yes, the Spaces will be marked as private, but the whole Space Group is visible.
The Space Group Appearance setting should override any Space access control. Or else get rid of Group level access control and manage all at the individual Space level.

Also have this problem. It renders the entire show/hide courses feature useless. Courses are always displayed even if the option is checked.
Shahjahan JewelΒ This seems to be a bug.
Shahjahan JewelΒ Any resolution on this bug? Spaces are showing in the Space Group to users that are not a member of the space. This is happening when the "Show Spaces even if the member is not a user of any space" is unchecked on the Space Group settings.Β When unchecked, the Space should not show in the Space Group when the user is not a member of the Space.Β But it is showing.
