Slug Bug

When renaming a space title, the slug should automatically update to reflect the new title. However, admins should have the option to manually edit the slug if desired. Currently, if the slug field is empty, it remains unchanged after renaming the title, and any existing text in the slug field is not automatically updated when the title is modified.
