Slash command bubble fix - z-index issue?

Please fix the issue with slash command bubble menu which is shown on the attachment. It looks like the bubble is being cut off inside the post/text field when the text field is forcing bubble menu to apper below the post text. Similar case is with the other: formatting bubble menu - if the selected text is very closed to the left side of the text field.

BTW: I am not sure why I see the blue bubble notification in the top center screen when I submit my post. I believe it should be visible when someone else post a new content (other then me).
