Sitemap not working

Shahjahan Jewel  Each time I visit my sitemap, it gives me a blank white screen. What could be the problem?

Meanwhile, my website was installed on the "root domain", not a "subdomain". Could that be the reason?

Also, my community is set to public (everyone)

This was the code I used to make my community the domain root: define('FLUENT_COMMUNITY_PORTAL_SLUG', '');

Could it be the reason the sitmap is not working?
