Recommended change in Profile View...In profiles, you personal profile shows as a side panel. This leads to 2 issues. First, limited horizontal space means that the communities or spaces on the left, primary area in the center, and the right side panel showing the profile are fighting it out for space. The Profile looks thin and constrained. Instead, think about doing exactly what LinkedIn does. Show the profile right in the center. Just add another menu item (along with Post, Spaces, Comment) this will allow the profile to show more like a resume or CV...and look more balanced...again...just a recommendation)
