Recommendation - While any user can see any other users bio, just as in linkedIn, allow users to connect. The purpose behind this is to allow users that work on items together, or have common interests identify as having a closer connection. Case in point - I have 30 spaces. Certain people I will want to be able to filter to...seeing their info or ping them direct. Etc. While this is not to repeat what linkedin does, it allows certain elements that are valuable to be leveraged.
