Reaction List Not Updating

When I click on the reaction count to see who reacted, the list only shows accurate information the first time I open it. After that:

• The names shown in the reaction list are often outdated
• If someone reacts or removes a reaction, the list does not update
• The only way to see the correct list again is to reload the page or navigate away and come back

This happens whether I like or unlike something, the problem is simply that the list doesn’t refresh when I open it again.
