Random "subscribe" "contact" "newsletter" field appears since update to 5.2.11 above every form
Since our update to 5.2.11 there is a random field that appears above every fluent forms form, that has random labels like subscribe, newsletter or contact. the label always changes and it is not a field we have added, also we cannot deactivate this field anywhere in global settings, so its not a feature. We attached screenshots showing these fields.
We tried to exclude or hide these fields by javascript or CSS, but since the labels always changes as well as the ID we cannot get rid of it. anyone experienced this as well?
Does anyone answer this posts ?? did you notice that Name and Lastname field accepts numbers and there is not any place in where i can found how to set up only letters validation.

weird..so we are not alone. did this appear since updating to 5.2.11 or before?
