Question: Is it possible that a space has a subspace? I know I can put more spaces in a group. But when I go to the spaces tab I see them as individual spaces.
I personally would like if you could have subspaces , if this is handled by showing groups and when clicked you see all the spaces or spaces have subspaces , that could be a debate.
Is it possible to have a option in the settings to make a space default to list view?.
Robin you can make a space default List View in the Space settings (either when creating a new Space or when edit any existing Space).
In each Group you can add multiple Spaces (each is managed separately when it comes to Privacy, Users etc). I am not sure why you are asking for Subspaces. Maybe you are looking for Channels in a Space where channel is a separate Topic (General, Developers, Admins etc). You can elaborate what is the purpose of Subspace - Subspace would be also managed and as a separate Space I guess.

and in wordpress there are spaces for Plugins, Themes, others

Robin, Channels it is my words of describing a potential need of different Topics in a Space. Currently there are only Groups and Spaces/Courses - no channels/topics. Structure is really simple.
But I believe in your case Channels could be a good topics split. So you manage with one Space where you are a group of users and then they can see different Channels.
Space Name could be: CMS Wordpress and inside you would have Channels: Plugins, Themes etc.
