Query about Fluent Community Analytics dashboard - Data mismatch
In the members tab in analytics, how is active member number more than total members?
Also, user X has joined 2 spaces and commented on two posts. But that user is not listed as a top member. What is the logic behind that?
Please explain the meaning behind each insight in the analytics dashboard.
This is total members in the last 3 months.
Say over the past year, you've had a hundred total members join, but not everyone was an active member, so total is within the timeframe.
