Provide the SBOM for Plugins

Team...I will keep presenting this...are you listening. Please, provide SBOM's for your products (Prefer boy CycloneDX format). Why? most organizations will require this moving forward. Please do not use the argument that it provides a roadmap for hacking the plugin...provide it, be transparent, and you will grow sales. the EU is not requiring it, Federal Government (US) requires it. India gov orgs are preparing to require this. If you have a question on this...contact me...please. Providing this moves organizations from seat of your pants pro to truly professional. Use Syft to create this for PHP projects...should not take more than a few minutes.
