Profile Photos Error

Hi,
I'm using Cloudflare R2 for storage in my community platform. Some users have uploaded custom avatar images, but sometimes these images fail to load. They reappear after a short while, but then disappear again intermittently.

I've set up a custom domain for R2 and configured it properly within fCommunity, but the issue still persists.

Is there anyone who can help me figure this out?
