Problem with Theme Compatibility Styling
You can see in my screenshot that marked button in yellow - when I designed it in Elementor I styled the color of the text to be white.
See if you have any custom CSS in your FC settings. I had your issue and it was in my CSS field on FC settings. No idea how it got there.

How did you get FluentCommunity to work with Elementor? :D I still can't figure it out.
