Problem of new users access control: I set up member only and private, but new users can read and watch everything
I have set up the access control as shown screenshot 1,2,3, so that new users are not allowed to access to a certain space and courses. However, new users can access there and even watch video and take the course regardless of the settings. Thank you for your message. I cleared cache but seems it may have not been done to Community pages.. I use WP-Optimize, setting it as automatic. I will figure it out and try to use it. Do you have an recommendation for cache problem? Arigato
Amana Oh try to disable all the plugins except for fluent community and tried if it works.
If so, activate one plugin at the time, until u find out what's causing the problem.
The cache setting of WP-Optimize is excluded the entire community site (/members/*)and I cannot delete it:
