Private messaging moderation 🚨
It would be interesting to replicate WhatsApp's moderation system: if someone’s being annoying or spammy, you can report them, and the last five messages from the chat get sent to WhatsApp for review. They’ll check if it breaks their rules (like spam or harassment). You can also block them and delete the chat so they can’t bother you anymore, and the best part? They won’t even know you reported them. Since messages are encrypted, WhatsApp only sees what you send in the report, not your whole conversation. It would be nice to add it to FC!
It's a great idea
I agree, but messages in FluentCommunity aren’t encrypted to begin with (they are just transferred over an encrypted connection as long as you’ve enabled HTTPS for the site). All messages and attachments are fully readable for the site admin.
