Popup message when user wants to connect

Hi the team,

When a user wants to connect to my community, the message "Session Expired" appears.

When the user closes the popup and retry to connect, the same popup appears.
I tried myself with another non-admin account and I have the same popup. When I connect with my admin account, I don't have this popup.
Should I do something in the settings?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, I am seeing a lot more of this as well. I wonder if session length has been reduced?

Houefa GbaguidiΒ it might be related to a cache (try hardrefresh F5) or it is related to using different than WP native login - probably your login plugin use different nonce name than the other WP part if yes then it is the plugin compatibility issue. For troubleshooting you can disable the external login plugin (if applicable).

Also it could be linked to the Magic link used in the email for loggin in users but once you clear your cache you should see if this is cache related or any other issue (especially when you disable the login plugin - if applicable)

Hi Mat β€ŽΒ , thanks. I think it's a cache issue, but my new users had the same problem when connecting for the first time to the portal. I use the default login page and FluentAuth.

Hi Houefa GbaguidiΒ and Mat β€Ž, I experienced the same error for 'regular' users. I use WP Rocket and after emptying the cache the error resolved.

I had the same experience for non login users. Emptied all cache on W3 Total Cache and it solved the issue.
