Personal file storage

Since there is feature for Spaces to upload files like PDF etc. Would be maybe interesting have this feature also for users on their profiles this way:

• New tab on profile called Files or whatever on user profile behind tabs Posts, Comments etc..
• Could be set as Private / Public / URL share access only
• Custom limit set by admin for user storage capacity (100mb / 1gb etc..)

Maybe for some community site this would be great feature to have as for me. I want ask you if FC would appreciate it too and DEV team will give it a try or I should do it by myself. My community would like to use it for car service manuals, car history etc.
