Password reset page question
In my installation a click on the "Forgot Password" Link on the Login page goes to the standard Wordpress page for password reset. Is this the way it should be? I expected to see a page similar to the standard FC Login page.
Yes, might be confusing. And In My Account, there is no way to return to the community.
My registration 2FA is not being received and my password reset is not sending links, anyone have an idea of anything I can check?
This is both confusing and frustrating. I spent a significant amount of time today trying to find a solution—either by customizing the WP password reset page or modifying the links—but unfortunately, none of the approaches worked.

This is my situation:
Currently, new students receive an automated email prompting them to set their password. (As there is no other option, they are redirected to the WP password reset page) However, after resetting their password, they are redirected to the default WordPress login page, which takes them to the WordPress back-end—something I want to avoid entirely.
Ideally, after resetting their password, students should log in using the FC login form and be redirected to the community dashboard, bypassing the WordPress back-end altogether.
Is there any way to adjust this behavior or a planned update addressing this issue?
Gee Adriaansz I think you can use a PHP snippet to redirect them to your community after a successful login. At least that's what I'm using.

Wilco Wietsma Thank you for the suggestion. I’ve looked into Bricks, and while it seems like a good solution, I’m hesitant to invest in another paid plugin just to fix this specific issue. My main goal is to ensure a seamless experience for students by keeping them entirely on the front-end without exposing the WordPress back-end.
I just opened a support ticket. I have a wordpress multisite. Because of this bug, an evil individual could quickly access all private user info for each individual site and also delete/corrupt all the multisite files. This is a CRITICAL bug that requires prompt resolution - plzzzzzzz. Existing FC portal users simply cannot be permitted to obtain wordpress administrator access to the websites when requesting password reset to the portal. Oh my, I am so upset. I cannot launch until this matter is resolved and therefore I am prevented from generating revenue on each of the multisites. Grinch go home and leave us Fluent Community Plugin lovers alone. Bah humbug.
Lori Bennett they can't, just cause you see wp-admin, it doesn't mean they get admin access.

You can configure your own reset password page if you don't want to use the default WP one. Try to look for a WP plugin or add a code in your functions.php file to create this page and redirect users to this new page.
Houefa Gbaguidi I know this, however if there is a custom login page coming with the plugin i would love not to have one more plugin for the pw reset page but simply have the pw reset coming with the plugin. its a very simple and small thing to add :)

It works fine, thank you.
However when the user receives the email to change his password and he clicks on the link in the email, he is redirected to the basic WordPress page and with the admin login URL (slug) of the site (modified), it is a problem.
A solution for this?

Did anyone find a solution to this? I have a fluent community. The login screen and lost password pages all look great. But when my users get an e-mail, the reset password link takes them to the WordPress screen - Very confusing.
Not helped by the fact that I have another plugin installed called UsersWP (linked to GeoDirectory) that I need to run my events website.
UsersWP and FluentAuth / Fluent Community all seem to be fighting each other. 😡 I will be glad when this is sorted.
