You should use your own CDN url instead of the default cloudflare cdn url. Also this report maybe the false positive. Use your own subdomain as the cdn url and delete the post with the image.

Shahjahan Jewel and Karen Wiltner OK, forgive me because I ... barely know what I'm doing. But I created a public bucket and changed my public URL in Fluent settings. See attached.
Does that look like it's the right thing? I'm going to ask those who found the spam/scam warning to check again.
