notification email
Hi, I'm trying to engage my new community, but after a few months this is the feedback I get:
The notifications are great, but, since the whole post is included, they see no need to click the button to join the conversation...
It would be great if there was an option to modify the notification mails. Maybe only the title of the post included, or a short excerpt...
What do you think?
I too have reported this. My weekly email went out with 5 posts from 5 days ago. Nothing any later, nor a listing of other posts in the last week. I need more control over the email format urgently to maintain some engagement.
