Not responsive when we allow users to upload 100 images
The layout becomes ugly and non‑responsive when we allow users to upload 100 images.
Just out of curiosity...what is the use case for uploading 100 images?
Chris Davis photographers community 😊
Pakey Dev Ahhhh I see. So in this event they are uploading photos from a photo shoot or something similar. Kind of like a gallery or portfolio post?
Chris Davis yes, unfortunately, Spaces does not currently include an album feature… or does it? 👀 😊
Pakey Dev not that I'm aware of. Do you limit the file size of photos? Seems like they could take up a lot of space on your server fast.
Chris Davis yes, it's tiny...about 7mb for that 100 images😆
Pakey Dev Noted. Thank you!
Raiyan Marzan On mobile devices, images cannot be swiped left or right, and entering fullscreen mode is obstructed by the navigation button overlapping the display. What can be done to resolve this issue?
Thanks! 😊
Diego Maradona Noted. We will try to improve the image view for mobile devices.
Raiyan Marzan will this be in the next update? 👀
Raiyan Marzan is this available in 2.2? 👀
Diego Maradona Yes, it should be available.
Hi Raiyan Marzan I tested it with this community, but unfortunately nothing seems to have changed. The images still can’t be swiped left or right, and zooming in or out isn’t possible either. The navigation button does work, but since it remains visible at all times, it obstructs part of the image, making it difficult to view the picture clearly. Even in full‑screen mode, the navigation button continues to overlap the display. Just to clarify, I’m referring to the image viewer on mobile.
